CENTRAL & MARYLAND HOTEL / RETAIL CONCEPT - clayton, missouri

Just prior to the recession CORE10 and RJ York Development teamed to create an exciting hotel and retail concept for the intersection of Central & Maryland in Clayton. The Westin Hotel was signed on as the hotel flag and CORE10 helped successfully negotiate planning and tax financing approvals. The hotel at the SW corner also includes floors of condominium and street level retail. The parking and retail structure on the NW corner served the hotel complex (condos had parking under the tower) and St. Joseph's church to the west.

The Crescent Phase II - clayton, missouri

After Tyler's successful design for The Crescent in Clayton for Mark Mehlman, Mark approached CORE10 for help with his next vision for the adjacent property between Carondelet and Forsyth. The concept called for mixed use retail and commercial space, crowned with a new theatre.
